First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. I am only taking the time to respond to this message due to the professional and efficient manner in which my order was handled. Your telephone receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions considering it was a relatively small order.
Its a great service and the price was at least 50% less than I was quoted for a similar product. I will certainly use your services again and would recommend your company to anyone.

Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!...
