Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Very happy with price and delivery time. When I tried to pick up at Plumb Center they did not know who you were and denied any knowledge of my order.Web site needs better search and navigation do that you can home in on each product easier....
