Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.

Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
