Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.

ORDERED SOME OBSOLETE BOILER BAFFLES LATE ON 14 NOV ,THEY WERE THEN SPECIALLY MADE AND DELIVERED HERE TO THE NORFOLK BROADS ON AFTERNOON OF 16 NOV .THAT IS OUTSTANDING !VERY MANY THANKS TO CHRISTINE AT MYTUB FOR KEEPING ME UP TO DATE RE DELIVERY TIMES ETC....

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long....

I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. All fitted now and working well. Thank you....

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
