Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Im happy with the service from My Tub. The team was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me when my original order counldnt be completed.
The team sent pictures of the item to help me make a decision and processed a refund as the alternative was cheaper than my original order,

Thank you, the smoke alram was delivered to my Aunt on Friday as promised. Unfortunately I was going to get in touch because the alarm is faulty. My Aunt has had one of these alarms for 11 years and this is the first time she has had to replace it so she is well used to how they work. She followed the instructions but now the alarm wont stop bleeping and she has had to put it into a cupboard for some peace! Of course she cant return it by post while its bleeping for secutiry reasons! I would welcome your advice....
