Yes I have now received my motorised valve but not without a hic up ! I appears that some where alone the process of sending me the valve my delivery address was manually transferred or maybe read from a post code. I gave you the address of Bucksburn Academy and the package was addressed Bucksburn Clinic. I was good fortune that you put my mobile phone number on the parcel and some kind health visitor called it!
Any how I am pleased with the valve and will not hesitate to use you again because your pricing is good and the delivery is quick potentially!.

The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery.
