I was very happy with the prompt delivery which was delivered on the day stated. I especially appreciated the free delivery over a certain amount. Well done....

Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service....
