I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.

Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility...
