Did try to order part from another supplier waited one week only to be told part not available and had been on back order for 3 months.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
I am happy with my purchase with my tub as not only I received great customer service, you are also the cheapest I could find.
