Service was excellent with the goods being delivered promptly.The items for my coal effect fire are just what I wanted they are now in place and the fire looks like new.I discovered your website whilst searching for above items and I found it easy to understand and to order goods.I would recommend it to anyone....

good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced

Excellent service! Fixing brackets were missing on delivery but the delivery driver found them in his van and came back on SUNDAY. The sink was received in perfect condition which was a surprise as there was virtually no packaging....

Great product, easy purchase.
Only neg, I stated for parcel to be left behind my bins on drive, message was not passed on, so I had to ring and request it for next day delivery....

A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!
I was kept fully informed as to the ordering, dispatching and delivery of my part.

We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman.
