Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order.
The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date....

Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone....

Very impressed with service. Competitive price. After ordering timescale was quoted as a week, after ringing, this time was able to be improved on and get it in time for thw weekend I needed it for. Would definately use again....
