I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive....
