My order was dealt with very professionally and in a timely manner. I was kept fully informed of progress and order status throughout. Would not hesitate in recommending MyTub and would use again...

I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why
Kind regards & thanks, Alan

Hi Alan
Sorry for the confusion, you should not have been charged for the delivery and it is getting refunded to you now.
