Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! The item was slightly smaller then the original which is discontinued. Otherwise an excellent delivery service and am satisfied with the new item.

Quite a long delivery time, but item actually arrived ahead of schedule- courier phoned first to make sure that was ok. A very easy transaction and I was pleased to find the item I wanted after much searching. Would definitely use you again....

Although what I ordered was the cheapest I could find online, the delivery of around 2 weeks was very long, especially when most sites nowadays offer a two or even next-day delivery. Two weeks without a fully-working shower is a long time to have to wait.
When the parts were delivered I wasnt home, so they were taken to a centre, more than a 90 minute trip from my house, which was quite inconvinient.
Still, I have the parts now, Ive fitted them and my shower is as good as new....

Product matched expectation. Delivery was inconveniently delayed but service was exceptional.
I was kept well informed and knew mytub were proactively working to sort things out.
