I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. Easy to place my order, had a concern about delivery time because of a prior commitment, but a quick email back to you and delivery was altered to pm
Customer service was excellent then, also when I received my order and had to phone about a fitting that I thought were missing.

Was having real difficulty finding a Grohe showerhead but Mytub came through and located a merchant that had one in stock. Well pleased with my purchase and 1010 for Mytub....

Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad....

Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. It was a bit of a gamble going through an unknown company but I am very pleased with the service received.
