I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.
