I will be buying through MyTub again. I appreciated the personal touch when there was a query about the delivery of the items I had ordered. Items arrived as promised and in perfect condition. Many thanks....

Excellent, efficient service, with great communication throughout, especially with respect to delivery as this was shipped to an overseas location. Many thanks and has been delivered and received successfully....

I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Having been assured that it would, the item was delivered promptly within the target date. The valve is now fitted and working efficiently.
Great service both in advice and delivery.
Thank you

What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.
