Product came in pristine condition. I am very satisfied of the lead time and the product. Over all 55 star. Thanks again Mytub...

The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler....

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute. ...

Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.
Many thanks
