Very impressed. First time Ive used My Tub but no complaints. Have been kept up to date with the delivery date and, although later than originally expected, arrived as per advised and in perfect condition....

I ordered a toilet cistern which arrived promptly but I had selected the wrong item. When I called for help to get the right item, Steve was extremely helpful and patient in getting me the correct one. Many thanks!...

good service and price, only downside was that some of the parts were loose in the box and I was lucky they were not damaged.

Thank you so much we received the sink and taps all in tact by courier.
Really great service, especially seeing it was the only sink in the country.

Cusomter service is great. I ordered a part needing it to be shipped to the US and the customer service team quickly got the part to me and kept me inofmed of my order throughout the process. Unfortunately, through no fault of the MYTub team, the part did not fit. For those ordering parts from the US verify the OD verses the ID of the fittings. I ordered a 50mm push fitting coupling and got exactly what I ordered. The coupling is apparently measured by the OD and I needed a push fit coupling to fit a 2" 50mm ABS pipe. In the US that would be 2" 50mm ID and about 54mm OD. Lesson learned....

Items received the next day after ordering. Ordered 2 x Bristan W BTH17 discontinued & received 2 x Bristan W BATH05, which is presumably the new replacement model. Very quick & efficient service....
