Thank you for your excellent service! My items arrived in good order and in a timely fashion. The price was competitive and your brilliant staff even managed to discount the shipping below the original quote. You made what could have been a difficult and expensive international transaction simple and pleasant. I will tell my friends....

The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.
For the flush valve outlet - the main threaded fastener ...
