The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long....

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. MyTub was very good at providing one of the parts I needed and the whole procedure was straight forward with a user friendly ordering system, good company customer contact procedures and good delivery service.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. fantastic service - my shower supplier plumbcenter said the item was unavailable yet my tub found the item made by plumbcentre..! and sent it to my local plumbcenter branch - jeanette from my tub was very helpful and i would use them again...
