The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. Good service, and while there was a delay in supplying all the items I was kept fully informed of the progress of the order. You even sent the order in two deliveries as one item was outstanding. You couldnt have done any more. Thanks...

service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it...

Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.
