Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.

Hello sir,
Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 2.8.0.3 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP.
Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 2.8.0.3.
