Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. Very pleased with the service and communication throughout the sourcing, order and delivery process...

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them....

Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....
