Great online firm to deal with. Good email communication on sales process and delivery timescales.. Would recommend to other online buyers and have added My Tub Ltd to our list of reliable suppliers..
Does what it says on the tin.

Most impressed with your customer service. I was immediately informed of the anticipated delivery date and regularly updated. Item arrived safely on the expected day. Many thanks - I only wish other companies were as good...

Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again....
