Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....
