Its a shame that you could not get the restricted flow taps which were still on your web site but service was good once this was identified and items replaced with standard, un-restricted, ones. Thanks.

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. Would have liked to know that delivery was a signed for only delivery before order completion, but someone was in to receive delivery so no problem.

delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
Would think twice if I needed something in a hurry
