Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and,when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.
