My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this....
