The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. Ordered an item (3 way inlet valve) for my washing machine on 22/4/2011 and did not receive the item until 10/06/2011.Although Jeanette kept me informed and always emailed back, I received a faulty/broken item twice (packaging was not very good). Wasting money on the laundrette I finally arranged myself to collect the item from the local parts center. Meanwhile the washing machine motor had rusted and when fitted the item the washing machine was broken. In the end I bought a new washing machine and my advise is to go to your local parts center rather than going through this website. VERY DISAPPOINTING!...

Service has been very good, and there was someone on the end of the phone for advice about the items I wanted to buy. One small item missing from the delivered order arrived the next day with no fuss. Website was straightforward with information about items so could check everything was exactly what I wanted and Mytub very responsive to emails sent from their www asking for delivery information. ...
