Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned.
