The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. So I return it to you and ask you to pay off it to me or to transmit me the ordered article copy of which you will find in the return of the parcel
