Im very pleased with the fire, which was bought as a new home gift for my son and his fiancee. The Mytub team kept me well informed about the delivery of the fire and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I would use Mytub again.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Good website and good communication - Delivery came on time - Packing could have been better as its a delicate bath panel and it was only padded at both ends but the edge, top and bottom, wasnt protected and there is slight damage a dent along the top but luckily it does not show when fitted, as long as it doesnt make the bath panel susceptible to cracking at a later stage....

The service was excellent and even though I ordered the wrong part to start off with they advised me on the return and replacement with the correct part. My many e-mails were answered promptly and the staff were friendly and efficient.
