Got the product I wanted at the best price I could find. Slight mix up on delivery date and pedestal came later but sorted out OK and very good customer service. Would give 4 out of 5 given mix up but 5 out of 5 if it were not for that. Would definitly reccommend and go back if I need anything in future....

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again....

Very nice and sturdy unit with nice deep sink now fitted, but ... rather difficult to fit as:
a holes for plug and tap were not flat, so lots of silicone required to make neat and watertight
b only a hole on one side of the sink to secure to wall - could do with one on both sides to hold it stable
c no levelling adjusters provided on cabinet, and made unnecessarily complicated to level by having 5 fixed feet on it.
I would not buy this if I was getting someone else to fit, as they would not be able to fit it very well in the time they had allocated to the job.
Also think twice before buying a ready-assembled vanity unit if the pipework means you need to cut away the back at all - it is quite awkward to get at once assembled, whereas the parts of a self-assembly one can easily be cut o...
