We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. It was a bit of a gamble going through an unknown company but I am very pleased with the service received.

I have been trying to get this part for 2 months and have been persistently let down, including being fobbed off by the manufacturer, I ordered it from my Tub and it arrived within 8 days! Nothing short of miraculous!
