The PEGLER 12inch COLD QT CARTRIDGE 814043 and the PEGLER 12inch HOT QT CARTRIDGE 814042 arrived safely at 08.30hrs on the date specified. Unfortunately there were no fitting instructions supplied. You might argue that the fitting of these cartridges should be self explanatory. Well.... the cold cartridge has a groove around the shank.... it also has a "red" seal at the bottom.... Now "red", to my simple mind, is normally associated with the "hot" water supply. Pegler did produce a fitting instruction leaflet.... which I rescued from the rubbish left by the installers who fitted my new bathroom some ten years ago. Had I not done so I feel that I would easily have made the mistake of fitting them the wrong way round. Simply labelling each cartridge as either hot or cold, or with the spe...

Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath....

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.
