The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would....

I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Order was delivered on the day that was quoted and arrived in perfect condition. I found My Tub communicated every stage of my order to a high standard and I have been thoroughly satisfied with the overall service from the start to completion. Would certainly use again. Many Thanks. ...

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time....

Despite ordering a part immediately prior to a Bank holiday weekend not usually a good idea it arrived in double quick time and I was kept informed by E mail at each stage of the process. Couldnt ask for more. Well done...
