I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Just wish to comment on the recent experience with MyTub.
Espeically Steven based in Newcastle, was very helpful throughout the entire process- and the driver who got x24 pans from around all your branches to our offices in Bury. I was advised that they even included x1 free of charge which shows that this company go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns....
