I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them....

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived....
