When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items....
