In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service....
