The PEGLER 12inch COLD QT CARTRIDGE 814043 and the PEGLER 12inch HOT QT CARTRIDGE 814042 arrived safely at 08.30hrs on the date specified. Unfortunately there were no fitting instructions supplied. You might argue that the fitting of these cartridges should be self explanatory. Well.... the cold cartridge has a groove around the shank.... it also has a "red" seal at the bottom.... Now "red", to my simple mind, is normally associated with the "hot" water supply. Pegler did produce a fitting instruction leaflet.... which I rescued from the rubbish left by the installers who fitted my new bathroom some ten years ago. Had I not done so I feel that I would easily have made the mistake of fitting them the wrong way round. Simply labelling each cartridge as either hot or cold, or with the spe...

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. Delivered item in bubble wrap in plastic bag, delivery driver opened bag so i could inspect items2 aerator tubes ok because these are quite fragile.but no problems,good coms del on time, items as ordered.
