My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. In fact the seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described on the web site. ...

The shower head took quite a while to arrive but it is a fantastic shower head and I would highly recommend it. Just make sure you have a good amount of pressure for it....

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery.
