Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed....
