I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again. The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering. Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory. Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price. many thanks Gary Taylor...
