The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered. ...

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Im very impressed with the level of service, the price, and the toilet seat that i ordered as well. Will definitely recommend Mytub to people I know....
