Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. MyTub have gone way beyond the extra mile in fulfilling my order after items went missing in the post. Even though the problem was not of their making, the customer service team have been second to none and they stayed fully focused on my order until all issues were resolved and for this they have my gratitude.
In general, I found MyTub very easy to deal with and the whole experience for me was positive as they provide an excellent level of service, quality components and very keen prices.
Ordering was very easy through the desktop website and although I did not have need to use the mobile version, I have no reason to think that there would be any issues....
