Exemplary service. Originally placed order on ebay but was let down greatly. Your companys handling of my order was first rate and your communications excellent. I was updated regularly regarding the delivery status leaving me free to carry on with other things. THANK YOU....

So pleased I was able to still buy the correct vermiculite for my Valor gas fire. I bought a cheaper pack first, of a different brand from another company, which had larger granules. Unfortunately, I found it caused quite loud popping noises when the fire was on. Using the correct vermiculite bought from your company has made all the difference. Also, it was delivered within good time....

Kept really well informed of my order status by email and the bathroom sink I ordered arrived on the date given. Friendly and helpful delivery driver! Great quality sink, well packaged. I would definitely order from MyTub again.
