He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend. ...

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....

Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
