Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. Hi not impressed the courier service came when I was at work.. fair enough, but I went to pick the parcel up on friday I was told it had been returned to you on Friday 5 days after attempted delivery, despite the fact their card said seven working days after delivery.. so I had a 40 minute journey for nothing........ plus the fact the card they put the card though the door saying I could reschedule iit over the internet as long as I quoted the 12 digit code which was only 10 digits and the website would not accept... bad customer service on your couriers part...

Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you...
